District 99 Introduction

District 99 :
"We make war that we may live in peace".
This is the saying that describes District 99 the most, we are made from former soldiers, and mercenaries , men forged in cold grasp of war.
Man that saw the cruelty of war and are ready to go through it once more so they can have peace.
We bear the sign of 99, because it describes infinity. Infinity of victims that are brought by war,
and infinity we must reach in order to gain peace.
A few can make a difference even if there is one of us in front of an army we will not stop fighting.
